People rarely arrive asking for a “prosthodontic procedure.” They arrive because a smile has bothered them for years, teeth keep breaking, chewing has become uncomfortable, dentures move, teeth are missing, or previous dentistry no longer looks or feels right.
Treatment starts by understanding what you want to solve or improve — then deciding what actually deserves treatment.
Aesthetic & cosmetic dentistry
Aesthetic dentistry is much more than white teeth. I evaluate the teeth in relation to the gums, lips, smile and face — including tooth display, proportions, colour, translucency, midline, smile cant, tooth inclination, gum display, lip movement and previous restorations.
Composite bonding
Conservative reshaping of chipped, worn, uneven or selected discoloured teeth with minimal or no tooth reduction. Bonding can look excellent but may chip, stain and require maintenance.
Veneers & aesthetic crowns
Porcelain restorations when colour, shape, position or structural compromise requires a more durable or comprehensive change.
Smile makeover
A coordinated plan for multiple aesthetic concerns rather than treating each visible tooth independently.
Smile & facial analysis
Assessment of midline, tilted smile, gum display, tooth inclination, lip dynamics and facial relationships. When appropriate, I coordinate orthodontic, periodontal or medical/facial-aesthetic referral rather than trying to solve every problem with restorative dentistry.
Restorative dentistry
Restorative care ranges from a single filling to rebuilding a heavily restored dentition. The objective is to restore damaged teeth while preserving sound tissue whenever reasonable.
Fillings & direct restorations
Treatment of caries, fractures and selected defects with direct restorative materials.
Crowns & bridges
Restoration of structurally compromised teeth and replacement of selected missing teeth.
Worn & fractured teeth
Assessment of why teeth are wearing or breaking before simply replacing what has failed.
Retreatment
Evaluation of crowns, veneers, bridges, implants or other previous dentistry that is failing biologically, mechanically, functionally or aesthetically.
Dental implants
Implants can replace one tooth, several teeth, stabilize a removable denture or support a complete fixed arch. I plan implant treatment around the final restoration, not simply around where an implant can be placed.
Single & multiple implants
Implant placement and restoration with attention to tissue, emergence profile, cleansability, appearance and bite.
Immediate implants
Placement at the time of extraction when anatomy, infection control and primary stability make that approach appropriate.
Implant overdentures
Removable treatment using implants to improve stability, retention, chewing comfort and confidence.
Full-arch / All-on-X
Fixed full-arch implant rehabilitation for selected edentulous or terminal-dentition patients, including immediate provisional teeth when clinical conditions permit.
“Teeth in a Day” is a treatment concept, not a promise. Bone, anatomy, implant stability, bite, systemic health, prosthetic design and maintenance determine whether immediate loading is appropriate.
Full-mouth reconstruction
When multiple teeth are worn, fractured, heavily restored, missing or failing, treating one tooth at a time may no longer make sense. Full-mouth reconstruction brings appearance, chewing, comfort, tooth prognosis, bite, restorative space and maintenance into one coordinated plan.
In selected worn dentitions, treatment may require carefully changing the vertical dimension of occlusion to create restorative space and restore proportion and function. These changes affect the entire dentition and require deliberate diagnosis, sequencing, provisionalization and reassessment.
The objective is not to restore every tooth. It is to decide what should be preserved, repaired, replaced — and left alone.
Dentures & implant-supported removable care
Removable prosthodontics can be highly technical when comfort, stability, appearance, speech and limited anatomy all need to be balanced.
- Complete dentures
- Partial dentures
- Immediate dentures following planned extractions
- Implant overdentures using contemporary attachment systems
- Transition from failing teeth to a removable or implant-assisted solution
Conservative, biomimetic & whole-patient care
Patients may search for a biomimetic dentist, biological dentist, holistic dentist, functional dentist, integrative dentist or minimally invasive dentist. These terms are used differently and are not all recognized specialties.
I am comfortable working with patients and referring dentists who value preservation of healthy tooth structure, thoughtful material selection, function, maintenance and the broader person rather than an isolated tooth.
Not sure what you need?
You do not need to diagnose yourself before booking a consultation. It is enough to know that something about your teeth, smile, chewing or previous dentistry is bothering you.
I would rather begin with the question “What would you like to make better?” than with a predetermined procedure.
Restorative craftsmanship. Material, contour and surface detail matter — after the diagnosis and treatment plan are right.
Implant prosthodontics. The restoration, connection and long-term maintenance are planned as one system.
Start with the problem — not the procedure.
Bring your concerns, your questions and any previous records you have. The purpose of the consultation is to make the situation clearer before treatment decisions are made.
