Dental Implants & Full-Arch Treatment

Dental implants can replace one missing tooth, several teeth, a loose denture or an entire arch. The correct question is not only whether an implant can be placed, but whether it is the right solution for that patient.

Single and multiple implants

Implant planning, selected surgical placement and restoration with attention to tissue architecture, emergence profile, cleansability, bite and long-term maintenance.

Implant overdentures

For selected denture patients, implant retention can substantially improve stability and confidence while preserving a removable design that can be maintained and cleaned.

Fixed full-arch / All-on-X

Full-arch implant rehabilitation can provide a fixed solution when the remaining dentition is terminal or the patient is already edentulous. The design may involve four or more implants depending on anatomy, bone, prosthetic requirements and risk.

Teeth in a Day

In selected patients, implants and a fixed provisional restoration can be placed on the same day. Bone quality, implant stability, anatomy, bite, systemic health and prosthetic design determine whether immediate loading is appropriate. Speed should never replace diagnosis.

Immediate implants and grafting

Immediate implant placement, socket preservation and bone grafting may be considered when clinically indicated. The treatment sequence is individualized rather than forced into a single protocol.
